All tenants have the option to customise their office by either decorating and furnishing their office space themselves or letting us carry out the work for them. Hot Desking Office Space

If you’re a freelancer seeking to work in a professional communal environment or simply just in need of a desk for the day – hot-desking at The Union Building may be right for you.

Our hot-desking service is available between the hours of 9am to 5pm on either a half-day (9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm) or full-day (9am to 5pm) basis and prior booking is required. As with all space in The Union Building, the hot-desking area is fully air-conditioned, so whatever the weather outside, you will always be working at a comfortable temperature.

Our hot-desking service includes:

  • Broadband Internet with 400MB up and down bandwidth
  • Super fast WiFi
  • Multi-device Charging points

When you arrive, please visit the reception based in Aston Shaw on Level 2. Please note that there is no parking available onsite.
